Extremely small rooms with antique appliances. Ridiculous 1980s fridge and tablet-size CRT TV. Internet is only available in the lobby and, during my stay, had frequent interruptions which made it pretty unusable.

Location: the hotel was so close to Grifid Metropol and the beach and two supermarkets and two restaurants-an italian one and the ordinary restaurant for the BB guests. Flexible, best staff, were ready to help. I was offered a room with splendid views of the sea.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

Quiet hotel , excellent staff (they spoked english and deutsch perfectly) , excellent location (right on the beach). The hotel manager always asked us if there is any problem and if we enjoyed our stay. The aircon was very good and the food also. This is the first hotel where you have beer, juice, water and wine included in the full bord option.

Parking was very expensive.

This place is pretty clean and has super friendly staff. the rooms are classy and the services are top-notch. You can park your car right here. the views are breathtaking and the pool is sparkling clean. 🌟

The room was peaceful and well-lit with a pleasant view, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent.

Excelent food for a 3 star hotel. The place was also great, rooms had sea view with nice balcony.

They had modest rooms, old and small, but clean and with almost everything, you need: ac, tv, and fridge. (According to room price). Hotel does not have a swimming pool but you can pay for a nice one outside hotel.

near a lot of bars - loud music every day till midnight, but in high levels of building - quiet. High price for beach chears and umbrellas for all beach.

The room I was in had a good size and was beautifully decorated with a view of the sea, the food was amazing, and the staff was always willing to assist.

-Close location to the beach -Quiet location away from the noisy center -had a shopping market at the ground floor -pleasant and polite staff

-Elevators- only 2 present and very slow to operate ( old fashioned elevators) -Expensive parking (20 leva/ day) which was not even on the hotel premises, we had to drive over to another hotel ; i would have expected free transport from a parking of my choice back to the metropol hotel. There were 6 leva/day parking spaces nearby -some food variations were poorly prepared : overcooked or undercooked

The hotel was really close to the beach. The waiters are polite. The are a lot of meals you can choose.The rooms are clean.Good value for money.

You have to wait a lot of time to the lift. Instead of the lot of meals you will bore them, because they are very similar. The wifi is available only in the hall. The building is a little bit old.
